Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and providing user support.


  •  Design, implement, and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Administer servers, networks, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization’s systems, networks, and data.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, providing clear and concise instructions to users.
  • Manage software installations, updates, and patches to ensure a secure and up-to-date computing environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct regular tests of backup and recovery systems to validate their effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Develop and update user guides and training materials as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
